A 21-year-old Youngstown man will remain behind bars on a $750,000 bond after being charged in a deadly shooting.

Traylor Johnson turned himself in at the Mahoning County Jail on Friday.

Johnson faces one charge of aggravated murder. 

A warrant was issued for his arrest on Tuesday, December 4 for the murder of 25-year-old Derrick Franklin.

Last month, Franklin was pronounced dead at St. Elizabeth Hospital where he was taken after he was shot.

Hospital officials say Franklin had been shot several times and died from his wounds.

Johnson is scheduled to be back in court on December 28th.
