Youngstown police are investigating an armed robbery at the Market Street Taco Bell Sunday morning.

Workers told police that two men wearing ski masks walked into the store around 10 am.

One worker was in the dining area and a manager was in the office, the report said.

The worker in the dining area told police the two suspects jumped the counter.

One of them went to the office and the other suspect pointed a gun at the worker in the dining room, the report said.

According to the police report, the suspects made the employees empty the safe and three cash registers.

After getting the cash, the two men made the employees get on the ground and police say they then took off on foot.

Police from Youngstown and Boardman searched the area but have not found either suspect at this time.

Police are reviewing surveillance video from the restaurant and another business nearby.

The two made off with $1,147, the report said.
