BOARDMAN TWP., Ohio - The Mahoning County Coroner is investigating the death of a Boardman medical doctor who had been accused of exposing himself to a teenage girl.

The body of 65-year-old Dr. Robert J. Brocker Jr. was found Saturday in his Hitchcock Road home, according to a report from the Boardman Police Department.

Brocker's wife told police she couldn't wake her husband up in the family's bedroom Saturday morning.

Brocker's wife told police that her husband had been under a lot of stress lately.

Dr. Brocker has been in the news since last May when he was arrested on two counts of public indecency.

Brocker allegedly exposed himself to a teenage girl on April 18, 2018, according to investigators from the Youngstown Police Family Service Investigation Unit.

He pleaded not guilty to both counts. His trial was scheduled to begin in April.

As of Tuesday morning, the coroner had not ruled on what caused Dr. Brocker's death.
