HERMITAGE, Pa. - Hermitage Police have finished their investigation of the motor vehicle accident that left one dead on Friday, February 8.
Police say that the crash occurred after the driver attempted to pull over the vehicle during an argument with the front seat passenger, Matthew Womer.
While attempting to pull the vehicle over it went off of North Hermitage Road and rolled several times before hitting The Corral Ice Cream Shop and coming to a rest.
Womer was ejected from the vehicle during the accident and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
The driver nor Womer were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the crash.

Laboratory testing confirmed that the driver was not under the influence of any alcohol or controlled substances.
After the Mercer County District Attorney's Office reviewed the findings of the investigation it has been determined that no charges will be filed against the driver of the vehicle.
