Chili cook-off held to benefit Shenango Volunteer Fire Department
The Shenango Township Volunteer Fire Department held a chili cook-off to raise money for equipment. The cook-off was open to firefighters and the community on Sunday. About 10 people cooked their best chili recipes. All the entries helped raise money for the Volunteer Fire Department. This year's chili cook-off winner was the Assistant Fire Chief Carl Hoover. The department plans to hold the event again next year.

SHENANGO TWP., Mercer Co., Pa. - The Shenango Township Volunteer Fire Department held a chili cook-off to raise money for equipment.
The cook-off was open to firefighters and the community on Sunday.
