Valor Recovery Center earns certifications from two organizations
Valor Recovery Center has announced that it has earned certification from both Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) and The Joint Commission.
AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - Valor Recovery Center has announced that it has earned certification from both Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) and The Joint Commission.
The center is located at 45-47 N Canfield-Niles Road in Austintown.
Valor Recovery Center is a rehabilitative behavioral health center that focuses on providing treatment to those suffering from addiction with an outcome of life renewal, restoration, and recovery.
The center underwent onsite evaluations to make sure the center was up to the standards of both OhioMHAS and The Joint Commission.
"We are delighted to receive OhioMHAS certification and Behavioral Health Care Certification from The Joint Commission," added Misty Long, Valor's executive director. "By achieving these certifications, we have demonstrated our commitment to quality and safety consistent with OHMHAS and The Joint Commission's consensus-based standards of care demonstrating we are operating within an established framework to better meet the needs of the people we serve."
