Tuna Patties 

3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
4 (5 oz.) cans tuna, drained
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried dill
Vegetable oil, for cooking


In a small bowl, beat together eggs and lemon juice. In a separate large bowl, combine Parmesan, bread crumbs, Old Bay, tuna, mustard, onion, celery, pepper and dill. Add in egg mixture and stir to combine.

Shape tuna mixture into eight 1-inch-thick patties. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry patties about 5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
