YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Liberty Township woman who federal authorities have accused of sexually exploiting a minor is expected today to change a prior "not guilty" plea.

Candis Sue Marie Wynn, 32, along with 32-year-ld Daniel Robert Parker of Youngstown are under indictment for sexual exploitation of a minor, receipt and distribution of child pornography and possessing child pornography.

According to courtrecords, a change of plea hearing is scheduled today for Wynn in U.S. District Court in Youngstown.  Parker is still scheduled to go on trial next month.

Wynn and Parker are accused of coercing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct so they could take pictures or videos. The alleged crimes occurred from November through January, according to the indictment.

Wynn and Parker are also accused of receiving and distributing images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

The indictment says Wynn had two cell phones containing child pornography.

On January 8, Liberty Police searched Wynn's Lucretia Drive home, seizing her phone and other items.

Later that month using another search warrant, police confiscated two cell phones, a tablet and a sim card from Parker, who was at the Community Corrections Association halfway house on Market Street in Youngstown.

Wynn was arrested on January 8 on a charge of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor. That charge was filed in Girard Court.

In August, Wynn was sentenced to six months in jail for child endangering. Police say she left her two-year-old daughter home alone while she went to a store to buy malt liquor.

U.S. Marshals arrested Parker in February and took him to the Mahoning County jail for a parole violation. He has since been moved to the Lorain Correctional Institution.

Ohio Department of Corrections records shows that had been on parole from state prison where he had been sentenced to three years for convictions on weapons violations.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation Task Force.
