After a warm and dry weekend, scattered showers return to the forecast Monday. For the early risers, there's a small chance to see some light rain in the morning hours before we see a break around lunch time. Then more scattered showers and heavy downpours will make its way into the valley in the evening.

Once showers move out, we will stay dry for the next two days. Plenty of sunshine in store for us on Tuesday and Wednesday with below average high temperatures. The chance for more showers arrives on Thursday, with more below average highs.
