Missing adult alert issued out of Conneaut for elderly man cancelled

CONNEAUT, Ohio - An endangered adult alert was issued for a man that was last seen at a Conneaut, Ohio drugstore.
The release said that 76-year-old Vernon Lewis was last seen around 1 p.m. on Monday driving away from a CVS Pharmacy.
Lewis was described as a white male standing around 5'8" and weighing 140 pounds.
Lewis has gray hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a gray shirt with a lighthouse on it, blue jeans and a denim jacket.
The release said that a dog was in the car with Lewis.
According to the release, Lewis has on set Alzheimer's.
The vehicle Lewis was driving is listed as a 2007 Buick Lacerne that is tan in color with the license plate number BFP6283.
A cancellation alert was sent out around 7 p.m.
