The House of Representatives approved $400 million for four new military planes.

The C-130 Super J planes could make their way to the Youngstown Air Reserve Station.

Officials with Tim Ryan's office tell 21 News that the air reserve station is "well positioned" to get the aircraft.

Another $10 million was approved for helping buy manufacturing equipment and some of that money could go to Youngstown's America Makes according to the procurement.

More money is also being set aside to clean up river in Ohio.

The Mahoning River could be included in the funding.

The bill will move to the Senate next.
