Identity released of man shot to death on Youngstown's South Side
The Mahoning County Coroner's Office has released the identity of the victim who was shot early Saturday on Youngstown's South Side.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The Mahoning County Coroner's Office has released the identity of the victim who was shot early Saturday on Youngstown's South Side.
According to police, Reshaud Biggs was found just after 3 a.m. sitting in a car on the 300 block of East Lucius Avenue.
Biggs, who was shot in the head, was still breathing when police found him.
He was transported to Mercy Hospital where he later died.
The coroner's office and the Youngstown Police Department are still investigating the incident.
