People living in Hubbard should expect to hear the city's tornado warning sirens sound Thursday morning.

The city says it will be testing the sirens at 9 a.m., Thursday, August 15, 2019.

The sirens will go off for about three to five minutes unless the weather gets bad to avoid confusion.

Back in June, the city's sirens didn't sound when there was a tornado warning issued for southern Trumbull County.
