The Ohio State Highway Patrol has released the name of the man killed in a three-car accident in Beaver Township Monday morning. 

Troopers say 69-year-old Cecil Chamberlain of Carlsbad, California died after a Jeep Wrangler struck his Ford Fusion on Western Reserve Road, west of Market Street. 

According to Troopers, the Wrangler driven by 48-year-old Theresa Bosel of Salem was traveling westbound on Western Reserve Road went left of center, striking a passing GMC Terrain being driven by 70-year-old Drema Kessel. 

The Jeep then struck the Fusion, forcing it off the south side of the roadway.

The front passenger of the Fusion was also taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The crash is still under investigation at this time. 

Troopers say charges are pending.
