Eleven goose hunting blinds will be available to hunters during early goose season at Mosquito Lake State Park.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) says the blinds will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis from September 9 to 13 on weekdays.

Hunters must sign in at the park office in Cortland on State Route 305.

The ODNR says hunting hours will run until noon each day with three hunters permitted in each blind daily.

Applicants must have a 2019 Ohio hunting license, a valid Ohio wetlands habitat stamp endorsement in the applicant's name and a signed 2019 federal duck stamp.
