1/2 (17.2 oz.) package frozen puff pastry, thawed

1 package Sparkle Cheddar-filled smoked sausage

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

3 Tbsp. honey

1 egg, whisked

Unfold puff pastry on a cutting board, dusted with flour. Use a pizza wheel to cut pastry, crosswise, into 1/2-inch wide strips. Wrap strips around each sausage link until completely covered. transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

In a small bowl, combine mustard, mayo, cayenne and honey. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 375°.

Brush each pastry with egg and cook about 22 to 25 minutes. Slice into 1-inch pieces, serve with sauce.
