KENT, Ohio - A Newton Falls man, already accused of pulling down a woman's pants and underwear on the Kent State University Campus, has been charged with committing a sex crime against a second woman.

The Portage County Grand Jury has indicted 21-year-old Christopher Clark on two counts of gross sexual imposition, assault, and obstructing official business.

Most of the charges stem from an October 1st incident where an 18-year-old woman told police that Clark pulled down her pants and underwear while she was walking near the DeWeese Health Center on Campus.

Because the woman fell during the encounter, suffering minor scrapes and cuts, Clark was also charged with assault.

Clark was indicted for obstruction because police say he tried to run away before being arrested.

The indictment doesn't give specific details on the second count of gross sexual imposition, only identifying the alleged victim as a 19-year-old woman, and that the incident occurred on September 23 in Portage County.

Clark was arraigned Monday and faces another court hearing next month.
