A Poland man has been indicted by the Mahoning County Grand Jury for his involvement in a crash that left another man dead.

According to the indictment, 31-year-old John Wardle faces charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, vandalism, and operating a vehicle while under the influence after a crash in Beaver Township.

That crash happened on South Avenue near Western Reserve Road in early July and killed 28-year Mohammad Musleh of Youngstown.

Officials said Mosleh was not wearing his seat belt and was ejected from the car.

Three other passengers were in the Ford Mustang at the time of the crash.

Wardle was allegedly driving when he overtook another vehicle and lost control.

Officials told 21 News in July that speed and alcohol could be a factor in the rollover crash.
