Gia Russa Gnocchi with Apples

1 tsp. unsalted butter

1 cup Gia Russa unseasoned panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup walnuts, divided

1 package Gia Russa Gnocchi

1 can apple pie filling

In a medium pan over medium heat, add butter, breadcrumbs, brown sugar and 1/2 cup walnuts. Stir and cook until breadcrumbs are golden. Set aside.

Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Transfer to a large pan over medium-low heat. Stir in apple pie filling and remaining 1/2 cup walnuts. Bring to simmer, top with panko mixture and serve.
