YOUNGSTOWN - Youngstown Police Officers have arrested a man suspected of phoning in bomb threats about several downtown buildings.

911 got calls Monday morning from a man saying bombs had been planted in the George Voinovich Building on West Federal Street and the County Courthouse on Market Street.

Officers tracked the suspect to the Marshall Street bridge and said they found he had made recent 9-1-1 calls on his phone.

Twenty-five-year-old Dion Taylor, who was taken into custody, was first brought to a hospital after complaining of chest pains.

Police could be seen with bomb-sniffing dogs at the Federal Courthouse just before 10 a.m.
