Leftover Turkey Cranberry Sliders
1 (12 count) package Hawaiian rolls
2 cups diced or sliced leftover turkey
1 cup cranberry sauce, warm
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese and parsley, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cut entire sheet of rolls in half lengthwise. Place bottom halves in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish covered with foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Top with even layers of turkey, cranberry sauce, then cheese. Top with other half of rolls.
In a small bowl, whisk together butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion and pepper. Brush mixture over sandwiches.
Cover with foil and let sit 5 to 10 minutes. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Top with Parmesan and parsley and serve.
