WARREN, Ohio - A Warren man that has been convicted of public indecency in the past is scheduled for a sentencing hearing Monday morning.

33-year-old Eric Shannon faces two charges of felony public indecency.

The charges are in connection to an incident where Shannon is accused of exposing himself twice in two days.

That incident happened in October 2019.

Police were able to identify him through surveillance footage.

Shannon has prior convictions for public indecency, including one in 2016 and three in 2017.

A police report for one of Shannon's incidents said that he told police that he was an "athlete," and he put his hands down his pants because that's what athletes do when their hands are cold.

His sentencing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.
