Both suspects have now been arrested in connection with the New Castle City Police Department investigation into the disappearance of Amari Wise.

A missing person report was filed on June 5th for 19-year-old Amiri Wise.

Charges have been filed against 20-year-old Connor Henry and his father 47-year-old Todd Henry.

According to police, Connor Henry faces charges of criminal homicide and tampering with evidence while Todd Henry faces charges of criminal conspiracy to commit homicide (after the fact), obstruction of justice and tampering with evidence.

According to a criminal complaint, a car was found on June 7 on a trail in New Castle by police.

Wise was last reported seen driving the car, a red Toyota Camry, as "unauthorized use" to police.

Police found a cell phone, handgun, and later state police found evidence of blood inside the car.

Police say they then received multiple tips that Wise was shot and killed in the garage of Todd Henry after an argument.

A search warrant was obtained of Todd Henry's residence where police say he seemed visibly nervous as he was being questioned.

According to the complaint, the search of the residence turned up a spent bullet and two firearm magazines.

Police also spoke with a neighbor on June 9 who showed detectives video that they say recorded a clear single gunshot sound followed by shouting and panicked voices on the night of June 5.

Detectives obtained another search warrant of Todd Henry's home and discovered couch cushion covers, a pair of white Nike shoes and swabs of the garage floor that later tested positive for evidence of blood.

Detectives say the floor of the garage appeared lighter in one particular spot almost as if it had been cleaned or power washed.

Later, a man came to the New Castle Police Station to give a tip and said he tried to buy marijuana from the Henry residence.

The man told police when he arrived, he could see someone pressure washing the garage floor.

According to police, the man was told to leave and that Todd Henry "was gonna smoke him"

Todd and Connor Henry were then brought in for a police interview on June 9 and then released from custody.

Police were also told by two separate informants that on the night of the suspected killing of Amiri Wise, a group including Todd Henry, his son Connor Henry and Amiri Wise were drinking and smoking in Todd's garage.

According to the criminal complaint, Wise was wearing a fanny pack across his chest and started arguing with another man when Wise said he was, "going to shoot" the man and put his hand near the fanny pack.

Police say at that time Connor Henry was standing behind Wise and shot him with a black semi-automatic handgun.

Both informants said they saw Wise drop to the ground before they ran away.

Police say that Connor Henry is not legally permitted to own a handgun and the weapons are presumably his fathers.

New Castle City Police launched a manhunt for the father and son on June 14 after charges against the men were filed.

Officials found Connor in Ocean City, Maryland where he was taken into custody. Todd is now in New Castle police custody.

21 News reported earlier in the week that a large crowd had gathered on Adams Street near a home where the search was conducted on Tuesday.

Officers did say they would use a K-9 tracking dog to search the area where the 19-year-old's car was found.

Friends and family continued to search the surrounding area throughout the week.

The body of Amiri Wise has not yet been found.
