Movie replica cars of former Braking Point owner to be sold at auction

Three replica movie cars that were formerly owned by Ryan Sheridan of Braking Point Recovery will be sold at auction.
According to the release, US Marshals are holding the auction in Canal Fulton, Ohio at 9 a.m. Saturday August 1 for the replica.
The three vehicles are replicas of the 'Back to the Future' DeLorean, the 'Ghostbusters' 'Ectomobile' and the 'Batmobile' of Batman fame.
The cars were purchased by Sheridan through the tens of millions of dollars that were stolen from Medicare as part of a fraud case.
Sheridan was sentenced to seven and a half years in prison and ordered to pay $24,479,939 in restitution earlier this year for his involvement in the scam.
The auction will be held at Skipco Auto Auction located at 700 Elm Ridge Avenue. Attendance is limited to 120 people and face coverings are encouraged.
The auction will also be simulcast online so that people who can not get in can participate. Those looking to participate online will need to call Skipco and register online.
"These three flashy cars are an example of the ill-gotten gains obtained with the tens of millions of dollars that Ryan Sheridan stole from Medicare, and therefore American taxpayers," said U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott of the Northern District of Ohio.
