WASHINGTON - Hostess Brands has expanded a recall on some of their Raspberry Zingers.

The recall is due to the potential that the product may develop mold before the best by date.

The products were sold to mass merchandisers like Walmart, as well as grocery stores, distributors, dollar and discount stores, and convenience stores throughout the United States.

Anyone that has the product should return it to the store it was purchased.

Hostess says the recall does not affect other products.
