Coin shortage coming to an end?
COVID-19 shut down many businesses, including banks and it lead to a national coin shortage. Now with banks opening back up, the coin shortage could be coming to an end.

During the past few months, you have seen signs saying coin shortage, or not accepting cash during this time. This is due to the national coin shortage because of COVID-19. Banks were apart of the national wide shut down and coins weren't being distributed to stores and businesses,
We spoke with Mike Miller-the owner of The Coin Shop of Youngstown and asked him about the status of the coin shortage. "Currency shortage is coming to the end. With banks opening up, coins are starting to flow more."
People are now able to head to the banks and exchange their rolled-up coins and dollars bills into their bank accounts, which has helped out the shortage.
