Wolf administration with help with United way is set to start up Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) that provides assistance for home heating bills so low-income Pennsylvanians can stay warm and safe during the winter months. 

The program will begin this Monday, November 2, and will run through April 9, 2021. 

Pennsylvanians families who fall below the 150% federal poverty level for a household of 3 or $32,580 gross income per year. 

For a household of 4, it would be 39,300 per year.
