Some Liberty school students will be going remote next week in response to a number of staff members under quarantine.
School officials say they made the decision because of the staff quarantines at Liberty's pre-kindergarten through 6th-grade building. The school will be moving its K-6 students to full remote learning on Nov. 23 and Nov. 24.
Students in the maroon cohort will return to school on Nov. 30. Students in the gold cohort will return to school on Dec. 3, according to the district.
The school urges parents and guardians to check Google Classroom beginning at 9 a.m. on Nov. 23 for the remote learning assignments for students.
