NILES, Ohio - Some Niles residents are under a boil alert following a water break in the city.

Those living on Clark Street were without water for a short time following the break.

Officials say water has been restored in that area but a boil alert is in effect until further notice.

A second water line break also occurred on Gypsy Lane and a boil alert is in effect there as well.
