HARRISBURG, Pa. -  As of this week, nearly 4,000 people in Mercer County have received the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine in Mercer County. One-quarter of those people have also received the second dose.

With initial supplies limited, the COVID-19 vaccine is being distributed to Pennsylvanians in four phases.

The state is currently in Phase 1A and has begun vaccinating those most at risk of illness, such as health care workers, residents of long-term care facilities, persons age 65 and older, and those age 16-64 with high-risk conditions.

Where Can I Get Vaccinated?

State health officials have authorized 20 providers to administer the vaccine. According to the most recent information, barely half of them have received the vaccine.

Below is a list of Mercer County facilities that have received vaccines as of January 25. Availability of the vaccine is still contingent on how much of the supply has already been given out.
