A 30-year-old Akron woman has been sentenced for her part in a double murder on Youngstown’s South Side.

Courtney Hall, who pleaded guilty late last year to three charges of tampering with evidence, was sentenced on Tuesday to a three-year term in the Ohio Reformatory for Women.

Hall was the driver in a February double homicide in Youngstown, where 25-year-old Sierra Morris and her father, Leroy Morris, were shot in their West Judson Avenue home.

John Bruner III was convicted of the killings and is serving a life sentence.

Hall lived with Brunner and took him back to their Akron home after the crimes.
