Indians president Chris Antonetti hopped on manager Terry Francona's daily zoom call Wednesday, answering questions as the teams continues spring training.

However, a big question still looms as to whether Cleveland knew anything about the ongoing investigation of Mickey Callaway.

Antonetti denied being aware of inappropriate behavior of Mickey Callaway, prior to Tuesday's report by the Athletic, which stated the team's communication staff made Antonetti, Francona, as well as GM Mike Chernoff aware of the situation back in 2015.

A husband whose wife had a consensual affair with Callaway, and had received explicit photos contacted the Indians on multiple occasions, according the Athletic.

Francona addressed the report saying  "no one in the organization covered up for Callaway".

During today's press conference, Antonetti told reporters that he'll publicly address the situation following the investigation.

Callaway was part of the Cleveland franchise from 2010 to 2017, serving as the pitching coach during his last five seasons.  He was fired after two seasons with the New York Mets

Currently he's the pitching coach for the Los Angeles Angels, but was suspended  following the Athletics initial report, one that cites five women accusing him of lewd behavior.
