EAST LIVERPOOL, Ohio - A road in East Liverpool is set to close due to underground utility work.

City officials say St. Clair Avenue will close Monday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The closure is for the stretch of roadway between Orchard Grove and McKinnon Avenues.

The detours for going down St. Clair Avenue are:

  • Left onto Orchard Grove, right onto Jennings Avenue, right onto McKinnon Avenue will take you back to St. Clair Avenue
  • Right onto Orchard Grove, left onto Smithfield Street, left onto McKinnon Avenue will take you back to St. Clair Avenue
Detours for going up St. Clair Avenue:
 
  • Left onto McKinnon Avenue, right onto Smithfield Street, right onto Orchard Grove will take you back to St. Clair Avenue
  • Right onto McKinnon Avenue, left onto Jennings Avenue, left onto Orchard Grove will take you back to St. Clair Avenue
