BOARDMAN, Ohio - A Boardman retail property containing multiple popular stores has been sold.

Platz Realty Group announced the sale of Tiffany Square for $16.5 million.

The 179,000 square foot shopping center is located on Route 224.

The retail center was built in 1973 and renovated in 2016 and 2017.

Retail anchors at the location include Marshall's, Hobby Lobby, Ashley Furniture, Fin Feather Fur and Alberini's Restaurant. The four out parcels are Huntington Bank, McDonalds, Panera Bread and Chick-Fil-A.

The adjacent Tiffany Plaza on Tiffany Boulevard was sold recently for $7,950,000.

The buyer's name has not been revealed at this time.
