LIBERTY TWP, Ohio - Police have arrested a 47-year-old Boardman man accused of placing lewd video calls to a nine-year-old Liberty Township girl.

Hank Orr made an initial appearance before a judge on Wednesday after being charged with telephone harassment and delivering an obscene performance to juveniles.

According to a criminal complaint, Orr repeatedly called the phone in April and May, even after being told that the girl was underage.

On one call Orr allegedly greeted the recipient by saying “Hi sweetheart”.

Orr also is accused of making a video call in which he moaned while masturbating and saying the child’s name.

No plea was made during the court appearance, during which bond was set at $15,000.

The judge scheduled another hearing for June 3 and ordered that Orr have no contact with the victim or her family.

If convicted of the obscenity charge, Orr could face a year in jail and a $2,500 fine.
