COLUMBUS, Ohio - Ohioans with expired driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, or IDs have until the end of June to renew them.

The Sub. H.B. 404 was signed by Governor Mike DeWine back in November when the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak.

The legislation extended expiration dates of driver's licenses, IDs, and vehicle registrations, but that legislation ends on July 1.

Once the extension ends, those with expired items could receive citations.

Anyone with expired items can renew them at a BMV office or use online options they provide.

The BMV website has options to renew your registration, schedule a driving test, options for the organ donor registry, and more.
