Fab Lab opens in Sharon

SHARON, Pa. - A do-it-yourself innovation center with nine digital manufacturing machines is now open in the Shenango Valley.
A ribbon-cutting officially welcomed The Valley Fab Lab that supports local businesses with the use of 3D printing, laser etching, photo and canvas printing, vinyl cutting, label printing and more.
People will also be available to help someone looking to start a business.
CEO of Whole Life Services, Cindy Vogan, said "WE PROVIDE THE SPACE FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO MAKE THEIR PRODUCT ANY BUSINESS ASSISTANCE they need. WE HAVE A COLLABORATOR THAT SCANS IN SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER THAT WE'RE GOING TO BE BRINGING IN TO HELP ENTREPRENEURS. "
The lab is located inside Laurel Technical Institute.
