The Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA) is developing a new plan to address transportation needs within the Valley.

The goal of this plan is to identify any possible needs or gaps experienced by seniors, persons with disabilities, and low-income populations in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties.

The plan will assess what mobility barriers exist within the two counties, and determine what strategies can be used to target any transportation issues for the targeted populations as well as the general public. This plan will also ensure the most efficient use of WRTA's resources.

A draft of the plan is available on the WRTA website. Comments about the plan are welcome.
