Sandy Lake driver cited for buggy crash
State police say a Sandy Lake man is being cited after his car rear-ended an Amish buggy in Mercer County.

LAKE TWP., Pa. - State police say a Sandy Lake man is being cited after his car rear-ended an Amish buggy in Mercer County.
Police say a Dodge Dart driven by 23-year-old Isaac Adams struck the buggy along Stoneboro Lateral Road near Sandy Lake Greenville Road Wednesday afternoon.
Both Adams, and the 21-year-old Mercer man driving the buggy, refused medical treatment.
Adams was issued a citation for vehicle code violations.
