TCCHD to hold vaccine clinics at Eastwood Mall
NILES, Ohio - The Trumbull County Combined Health District (TCCHD) has announced that it will be hosting multiple COVID-19 vaccine clinics at the Eastwood Mall in Niles.
The clinics will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 31 and Thursday, Sept. 2 respectively from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will all be available at both clinics.
Those who receive their first dose of either mRNA vaccine or their singular dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine at either clinic will be eligible for a $100 Eastwood Mall gift card.
Those interested can register here, though registration is not required and walk-ins are accepted. Those interested are encouraged to visit TCCHD's website and download, print and fill out the COVID-19 Vaccination Administration Record form and bring it along with one form of identification to the clinic.
The Pfizer vaccine will be distributed to individuals 12 years old and over and the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be distributed to individuals 18 years old and over. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and no vaccines will be distributed to individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
