Local artist draws portraits honoring fallen service members

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Local artist, Ron Moore Jr. is back with a new project. Moore honored 13 fallen service members in Afghanistan by drawing their portraits.
Moore will be sending each portrait out to the families of the fallen service members to provide them comfort while mourning their losses.
Moore also uploaded each portrait individually to his Facebook page upon completion with information on each service member including their name, what branch they served in and their backstory.
According to Moore, each portrait took about 10 to 12 hours to complete.

-Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Dylan Merola (Rancho Cucamonga, California)
-Army Staff Sgt. Ryan Knauss (Knoxville, Tennessee)
-Marine Staff Sgt. Darin Taylor Hoover Jr. (Midvale, Utah)
-United States Marine Corps Cpl. Humberto A. Sanchez (Logansport, Indiana)
-Lance Corporal Kareem Nikoui (Norco, California)
-Marine Corporal Daegan Page (Omaha, Nebraska)
