NILES, Ohio - Niles Police are searching for a suspect allegedly involved in an armed robbery at a Subway restaurant in Niles, Ohio. 

The Subway, located at 6261 Youngstown Warren Rd.  was allegedly robbed at gunpoint earlier Friday morning around 9:48 a.m. 

According to the Niles Police, an employee at Subway claimed the suspect had a gun and threatened the employee with it. 

The employee claims that the suspect was gesturing in his pocket, and threatened to shoot them if they did not give him money. 

The suspect fled on foot, according the Niles Police. 

The suspect is described as a slim, black male in his thirties. He can be seen wearing a red windbreaker, long grey shorts, and a grey baseball hat. 

Niles Police are also looking for a grey older model Buick with a dent in the front passenger door that is associated with the suspect.
