WARREN, Ohio - A Leavittsburg woman faces charges after police say she ran down three people in a Warren neighborhood.

Police arrested 23-year-old Mersades Moats after she allegedly ran her car into two men and a woman outside a home at Elm Road and Terra Alta shortly after 3:30 a.m. Monday.

According to the police report, Moats ran her car into the victims after getting into an argument with them.
