Head-on crash closes part of Route 46 in Howland

HOWLAND, Ohio - A morning crash closed part of Route 46 in Howland Saturday.

The two-car head-on crash happened near the ramps to Route 82.

One person was taken into custody at the scene but there's no word yet on charges.

No injuries were reported.
