The Ohio Division of wildlife says it not very often a Bobcat is caught on camera or witnessed carrying its prey, but wildlife booster Bobby Stuczynski caught the moment on his trail camera in Portage County.

Wildlife experts say bobcats rely on squirrels, rodents and white-tailed deer for most of their meals.

They note that it's most likely a red/fox squirrel the bobcat is carrying.

They say, it isn't a domestic cat or bobcat kitten. However, bobcats would take advantage of any prey item available, including domestic cats.
