Five students in the Columbiana Exempted Village School District are celebrating Veterans Day with the return of their father.

Sgt. Josiah Rouse returned home after a year deployed in Djibouti, Africa. Rouse surprised his five children in their classrooms at Joshua Dixon Elementary.
