NY man jailed after being stopped on I-80 with 90 pounds of pot
A New York man pulled over for a traffic lane violation has been in the Mercer County Jail for a week after police say they found 90 pounds of marijuana in his car.

WOLF CREEK TWP., Pa. - A New York man pulled over for a traffic lane violation has been in the Mercer County Jail for a week after police say they found 90 pounds of marijuana in his car.
State police say they stopped a Nissan Altima with California plates traveling east on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek Township last Monday afternoon.
Police say they found the marijuana during a search of the car.
In addition to the traffic lane violation, the driver, 35-year-old Andrew Bae of Elmhurst, New York was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, possessing a controlled substance, and possessing drug paraphernalia.
So far, Bae has been unable to post the $100,000 bond.
He faces another court hearing later this week.
