Warren kicks off their Holiday season with tree lighting

Starting at 5 pm and going until 7 pm, The City of Warren hosts its annual tree lighting.
The tree lighting is presented by the Trumbull County Historical Society and the Fine Arts and there will be a wide variety of things to do.
Some events include ice sculpture displays, live music, carriage rides, the bookmobile on-site, hot chocolate, and of course, Santa!
The restaurants are also joining in on the fun by extending their hours, offering deals and bringing in live music.
The Nova Coffee Co. is only charging a dollar for donuts and will be offering hot chocolate until things die down.
"For the city of Warren, it's great to get people down here walking around the square and seeing our Christmas lights," said John Ramsey, owner of Nova Coffee.
Beautiful Whirl'd extended their hours until 7 pm and is offering soup, cookies, and hot chocolate.
If you want to eat after the lighting, West & Main will be open a little later and they are having a live base player show up and play from 5 to 8 pm tonight. They will also be offering their full menu for anyone hungry after the lighting.
