YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Covelli Enterprises presented a $15,000 check to the United States Marine Corps for their Toys for Tots program on Friday morning.

In addition to the check, a $1,000 toy display was presented to Mahoning and Trumbull County. All donations from the toy drive stay local and will go to children throughout the Mahoning Valley.

Armory Chief, Corporal John Walker tells 21 News that he loves involving the community in the drive.

"We really like that the public gets involved. It really helps the kids, the donations. They all stay within Mahoning and Trumbull Counties," Walker said.

The drive has now ended, but anyone who hasn't gotten the chance to donate and is still interested can visit Toys for Tots's website to see how to contribute.
