Lordstown Motors show Endurance driving in Death Valley

After some previous negative publicity over the past year, Lordstown Motors has posted images on social media suggesting that its Endurance pickup truck can live up to its name.
Having yet to produce any of the all-electric fleet trucks for sale, Lordstown Motors Tweeted four pictures of the Endurance driving through Death Valley, California, which has a reputation as one of the harshest desert climates in the country.
The Tweet includes the below message:
We expect the Endurance™ to work hard in all kinds of terrain and weather. This is why we test the Endurance™ in places like Death Valley National Park.
It has been eight months since a skateboard version of the Endurance barely completed 40 miles of the grueling San Felipe 250 in Mexico. Company officials said that the time that the terrain proved to be more demanding than anticipated.
In January, a prototype of the Endurance was consumed by flames during a test drive in Michigan.
